SOUTH BEND, IND. (March 22, 2017) — Ryan Finfrock is the new engineering manager at the Schafer Industries South Bend facility. The announcement came today from the Operations Manager, Paresh Shah. In his role, Finfrock will oversee all engineering-related functions and collaborate with the manufacturing group on process improvements and project launches. Finfrock will also manage the estimating function and will provide technical expertise to customers as needed.
Finfrock brings to the job nearly 13 years of experience in the gear manufacturing industry, 10 years previously with Schafer Industries. He earned a MBA degree from Indiana University and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
In making the announcement, Shah said, “We are excited to have Ryan rejoin our engineering team. His expertise in quality assurance and success in launching and managing new product projects will strengthen relationships in our expanding customer base.”
